Do you have cold storage in Dubai?

Yes. We offer temperature-controlled storage for chilled, frozen and climate-sensitive goods such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and electronics, with continuous temperature monitoring.

What is the difference between temperature-controlled and cold storage?

Temperature-controlled (or air-conditioned) storage keeps goods within an ambient range — typically about +15 °C to +25 °C. Cold storage covers chilled (around +2 °C to +8 °C) and frozen (−18 °C and below) goods.

What is a bonded warehouse?

A bonded warehouse stores imported goods under customs control without paying duty and VAT. Duty is paid only when goods enter the UAE market; goods re-exported from the warehouse leave without duty.

Who should use a bonded warehouse?

Re-exporters, traders serving the GCC, CIS and Africa, and importers who want to defer duty until they sell. It improves cash flow and avoids paying duty on goods that will leave the UAE.

How much does warehouse storage cost in Dubai?

Storage is usually charged per pallet per day or week, or per square metre per month for dedicated space, plus handling in and out. Temperature-controlled, cold and bonded storage cost more than dry storage. We quote on your volume, duration and services.

Do you offer short-term storage?

Yes. We store goods for days, weeks or months — for example cargo waiting for onward shipment, seasonal stock or materials for a project — with no long-term lease.

Can I rent space instead of a whole warehouse?

Yes. Shared (public) warehousing lets you pay only for the pallets or space you use, instead of leasing and staffing your own warehouse.

Do you offer pick, pack and e-commerce fulfilment?

Not yet — pick, pack and e-commerce fulfilment are coming soon from Kazakhstan. In Dubai we receive, store and dispatch your goods and deliver across the UAE and GCC.

How do I track my inventory?

Every pallet and SKU is recorded in our warehouse management system on arrival, with regular stock reports and movement records for inbound and outbound shipments.

Is the warehouse secure?

Yes — 24/7 CCTV, restricted access, fire detection and suppression, and insurance options for stored goods.

Can you store dangerous goods?

Some classes can be stored in approved, segregated areas subject to authority approval. Share the UN number and SDS and we will confirm the options.

Do you handle customs and freight as well?

Yes. As a freight forwarder we clear customs, collect cargo from Jebel Ali or the airport, store it and ship it onward — so storage fits into one end-to-end supply chain.
